I was coaching in Seoul Korea a couple of months back. I think you would have liked one of the arenas I worked out of, called Zenith.
The first level, where this picture was taken, is the parking lot. Above it, where you see the green mesh, is a golf driving range.
When you walk into the building, you take an elevator down. At -1, you have a gym and a shooting cage. At -2, you have a twin-rink.
I think this could work in El Salvador. Let's lobby Max into building it.
