Hmmm that’s a difficult issue and there are important nuances. Identities shouldn’t create a tribe-like cult and prevent one from redefining from time to time. But identifying oneself as honest, fit, moral etc (and acting accordingly of course) probably has no downside… :)

thanks Jimmy, I appreciate the vlog post. I agree for the most part. It's a matter of balancing between providing a framework and sharing values and history. And not risking suffocating or imposing oneself.

P.S. To me, the audio seems a little low even at maximum volume.
