Relationship between individual and state vis a vis freedom of movement and control of human movement as an attack vector on bitcoin.

In other words, what prevents states from locking your ass in a cage until you cough up the private keys, and why isn’t this discussed much as a major forthcoming bitcoin attack vector as some govts get desperate and start thrashing around.
