Actually, I haven't figured out how to do markdown yet; this was rendered using the nostr:npub1w0rthyjyp2f5gful0gm2500pwyxfrx93a85289xdz0sd6hyef33sh2cu4x app. But it looks like Amethyst is not rendering it consistently for you?

Yeah. Even for posts created with Amethyst. Sometimes it renders, sometimes it doesn't.
