I'm not sure why anyone pays for beef jerky.

It is so easy to make, even I can do it.

We bought a $30 cheap dehydrator at Ollies. https://www.ollies.com/

Buy some Top Round at Sam's Club or HEB.

Cut it up, use salt and/or pepper. Let it geaux all night long...

That and finding jerky that is just beef and salt is near impossible. Full of fillers, additives, and flavoring.
