The man is waiting to get some water.

There is no water here, some people are dying of thirst. This doesn’t mean there is a drought, but rather a man-made crisis caused by the war.

So, israel is doing this?

This is not in Gaza, this is in Yemen.

The ones doing this are the warring parties: the Saudi-Emirati coalition and the Ansar Allah group (the Houthis)
