I spent nearly my whole life training as a pro-athlete but I got injured not too long ago. I just fully healed, so I hope to run 1 hr., bike 1 hr. & low row or swim, basically a 3 hour daily medley. Iโm making a slow crawl back into training. I at least try to do 1 hr. cardio or aerobics per day. The ultimate goal is to be active 6 hrs. a day.
