India's GDP is six times lower than China's but it is able to provide free medical care to 1.3 billion Indian people. Why can't the Chinese Communist Party provide free medical care options to the Chinese and spend the money in Africa? Because the Chinese Communist Party implements a dictatorial, authoritarian, centralized and tyrannical rule in China, and treats the Chinese people as consumables to realize their political ideals. This is a devilish theory of socialism that is anti-human and tramples on human rights, which has been proven to fail by the Soviet Union.
