Hint: the answer is not to cry about the fact that they’re currently a non-paying user

Add a custodian kyc wallet to your app

I would say providing an outstanding user experience with key features that the competition doesn't offer. I think we need to show the users that the service is valuable. I think paying for a service is important. Honestly I don't believe these services can be free.

the specifics: it depends

be attractive!!

In the UK, much money was wasted in the healthcare system due to missed appointments. Lots of hugely expensive attempts made to try to improve people turning up. All failed. Total waste. Then it got mostly fixed with an inexpensive method. When someone made an appointment, they got a notification telling them what % of people actually made it to theirs. Fairly basic psychology and you could accuse it of guilt tripping if you want to be negative but it promoted a positive behavioural change.

Apply the same in clients. Just a little nudge. At the beginning of every month, a notification from the team. "Last month, our users demonstrated their appreciation of the work of our devs by zapping xxxx sats, how much do you appreciate our work?"

Target the school curriculums to endorse your product/service and then watch the youth spawn seeds that grow into bigger seeds
