Easiest way is to download Wallet of Satoshi. Then hit recieve and copy your whatever@walletofsatoshi.com address and paste it into your profile where it asks for ln address.

Word of caution though, WoS is custodial, meaning the could rugpull you. (Don't think they would but it's still a risk).
