Would apply it to natural rights in general rather than restricting the argument to property rights alone as it's a subset of the former anyway

I like Rothbard’s position on this topic. Property rights are the only rights that need to be preserved. Some will say that free speech is a natural human right but that’s not true. You have no free speech in my home. You can’t say whatever you want on my property. And because it’s my property, I have the right to remove you from it if you say something I don’t like.
