they can break protocols but they can't break EC keys

nostr still has some funny protocols that will break at some point and have to be revised but nostr, bitcoin, wireguard, these kinds of protocols are not vulnerable to anything except massive DDoS which just makes everything laggy

there's all kinds of systems that watch for such traffic and stop returning acks and dropping packets
