Nope, KYC free, you do need an email to sign up.

You need an email to sign up for the waiting list, but I think there will be KYC when waiting is over

I've seen posts like this say it's KYC free, but we'll see:

It's virtual card, which means you'll be adding it to Apple / Android pay which means it's not totally anonymous anyway.
