Men called women walking mattresses when I was in the service. One thing I learned, is if you get them early … you can silence anyone.

Some history for #mybestaltlife #Allegory #OSTARIOS #origin #Story

“the cheerleader got herself into an accident.”

The man said after rear ending my car.

Sir, we need to call the police. You hit me.

“I didn’t want to be honked & yelled at.”

My reply to the police officer question of why I chose to drive across the street.

Not sure why you quoted me on that. Both your point and mine could be true.

Women. Many cultures recognizes the power they wield. Some by celebrating and respecting it some attempting to control it and lock it because of fear.

In the same breath, not all women cherish and respect the gift they have received from nature. Some abuse it to abuse.

The dakini can be a man eating monster or a giver of light, both are true.

I believe it’s a vicious cycle. Abusers create abusers if the behavior gets normalized and accepted over time.

The ones living the light are the only hope, both women and men. Only they can enable virtuous cycles.

As a poet … I gather inspiration from others.

My belief is only by sharing our loved stories does humanity find purpose & commonalities.

Same as with any #art

Hope you like this #photography

Where I live we don’t see much purple like this. It may be common where you live.
