Pumpkin?
Yes but I don’t know the variety. Workshop leader said use it small for pie or let it grow for autumn decorations like jack-o-lantern. I have never grown them so no idea.

I don’t think squash ripen off the vine. But if it’s a tatume, it’s ready to eat like a zucchini right now.
No. Its a pumpkin. I don’t know the variety. I hosted a workshop last fall where we make autumn pumpkin decor. Fed the old pumpkin to the poultry and this is a volunteer plant.
