It really depends. These days 1 or less. Back when I was a teen I could practice for 3-5 a day. It became a piece of my identity back then and also there was so much to learn and try and I was competing as well so I had more motivation to stand there forever and learn a new technique. Now that I have kids and weβre homeschooling it can be difficult to get in time to yo-yo or feel any motivation to practice once I do have some free time.
