Detecting bots shouldn't be too hard. Scammers might be a little iffy. Relay operators could see if multiple profiles are using the same IP etc.
Yeah scammer detection would probably have to be a mostly subjective test.
I'm actually working on something like that, an app that will be deployed as a simple bot on nostr for anyone to interact with.
When prompted, the bot will reply with a link to a web app that uses recaptcha to establish proof of humanity.
If successful, the bot will award a "human" badge to the account.
