I don't see any because I have blocked them, but there can be some other features like degree of trust. Some clients have that feature other should also implement.

thats good, tbh clients would become better overtime not to worry

which client do you prefer for this especially, like to block bot and nsfw posts?

Right now on Android it's Amethyst & on iOS damus. Primal is also good but under development.
