Ok so update on the Web of Trust relay.

wot.sovbit.host is still the URL, but I've moved to a new relay with a bit more control. The relay uses me as a root and only have a depth of 2 so it's sort of shallow. Should be stable now. Sorry for the extended downtime if it was on your relay list.
