Maybe one day... We many more dev help to get this granular on options. Each option has a maintenance cost.

Nope, this is all main dev time. Each app must re-implement it. There are too many new screens to manage these lists well.

We don't even have a way of following people on lists yet. :(

The majority of the development time is not in the backend, but in the UI. We will get there one day.
