Have you considered the possibility that the nda breach is planned? They want us focussed on the covid story so that we don’t spend our energy, time and attention on what they are about to hit us with next?

You have to wonder I guess but that doesn’t seem at all plausible in this case. The only (and correct) lesson anybody is taking is that the state is not only incompetent but very eager to lie to cover it up. “Distraction” doesn’t seem even nearly worth it. You could make up any stupid bullshit if all you wanted to do was distract people.

like all the stuff on the homepage of the bbc.. I take your point.

I operate under the assumption that we are currently asleep at the wheel as a nation on the horror that is “15-minute cities” and all the variations on that theme.

By the end of 2026, we will know, but it will probably be too late.
