I don't care what you think about this. Just yes or no would be enough. The ability to gather taxes is backed by violence and only by violence, no information control is needed here. You pay taxes not because you think it's a good idea, but because otherwise you will be a subject to violence from the state. Everything else is just an ex post facto justification.

That's basically no, with lots of caveats. I can't buy cofe with crypto in the cofe place with cute baristas and avoid paying VAT in the process. Why? Because if the place doesn't pay VAT, tax authorities will come and close it down. Crypto won't save them.
