Absolutely love it man, got it open box as a return for around $800 off, so around $2200CAD shipped. No issues other than 1 small component that got fried, replaced it myself with the warrantied part sent right to my door.

Makes great espresso.

Highly recommend the pro 500 if you can snag one on sale, and honestly even at sticker price it’s very good. If you can afford a bit more I would go dual boiler though.
