So after rigorous experimentation, spamming both #bluesky and #nostr with the same genre of based memes, my results are as follows:

Bluesky: 200 blocks, banned within 3 days

Nostr: Zaps

I conclude Nostr is better.

They were the perfect target. I also discovered some pretty notorious things about the way their blocking works. They have very good echo chamber isolation.
