I thought about how crappy it is to find anything of quality on Amazon, but at the same time how painful it is to find products on individual websites …

Seems like nostr is the perfect fit for this. Imagine being able to discover products across individual shops but all in one place - or through curated collections. And you don’t even need to know where the sale came from because there could be hundreds of marketplaces all aiding in the same goal: sales.

💯. In the mean time, there's a sort by filter that's a MUST for finding quality things on Amazon. Sort by Avg. Customer Review, works infinitely better than the default "Featured" sort by.

The worst part I hate about Amazon is you can input specific features but if it doesn’t have that product it recommends a lot of other garbage… but once you read through it you realize it’s garbage and you’ve wasted time

And they don’t have to be only btc related

Blocked and reported

(Jk, you're right, that would be beneficial)

Sounds like a great idea!

I agree but would say that ackshually the sale is the side effect of getting information where it needs to go or matching need to solution, so a system like that would incentive and optimize for mutually beneficial transactions. I see and love the vision of wot curations and recommendations dynamically building shop pages in context.

Digital stores lack credibility; in every country, you find any product displayed differently from what you want. When you receive any product, you find it different from what was shown in the store.

It would be exceptional 🤷‍♂️
