A handful of lightning wallets work on Nostr. The most popular is Wallet of Satatoshi or WoS as most call it.
Download that app or another supported app. And then get your receive address and put it in the proper place in your nostr profile.
People will tip and you can tip with real money BTC but the quicker smaller sizes on the lightning network of BTC. Called Satatoshis or Sats as we call them.
You may want to research a tiny bit on BTC and Lightning if you want. This place is big on integrating this.
