Couple pieces of advice:
-Takes a couple weeks for your body to stop wanting carbs. Be ultra strict during the first 2-3 weeks.
-After your first 3 weeks, you can introduce a little complex carbs. I recommend avoiding anything processed. Very Modest amounts of fruits & berries only.
-If you’re exercising, don’t stop just because your body is making you think you’re tired.
-if you’re not exercising, start.
And lastly
-Don’t look for carby/bread replacements. They are mostly gimmicky bullshit. Better to eat whole foods. Potatoes and starchy shit can be worked in later after your body is used to your new diet.
Ive been mostly carnivorous for a couple years now. I just eat mainly big portions of meat and some small sides of vegetation here and there. I never eat grains or sugary shit anymore unless I’m out to a dinner.
Besides feeling better and it’s easier to keep weight off, Im always amazed how much gas i get when i occasionally eat pasta, or bread now. 🤷♂️
