We learned that the Word was with God in the beginning, and the Word is God. Today, we discover that the Word of God became flesh and dwelt with men. He came to the world he created to exist with his created beings. By this chapter in John, we know that Jesus Christ is no mere man, he is God in the flesh. He is the Creator of all things. It was Jesus who said in Genesis, “let there be light.”
