Many of the struggles people post about on r/fatFIRE are covered by this question and the downvotes to the subsequent comment.

Every time someone posts about their struggles the comments are filled with recommendations to go to therapy but nobody ever recommends seeking answers in the Bible.

That explains much of what is wrong with our culture today.
