Any help on how to add SATS to my account. I currently use Coinos for zaps in Damus and sometimes I use Primal in general.

Yes. You would purchase them on an exchange and send them to your CoinOS wallet to start zapping.
Personally, I would recommend Strike or River as the exchange.
