Hey everyone,

In my view the biggest usage of #nostr for me is to become an alternative to #reddit. A decentralized, uncensored alternative to Reddit also with #bitcoin or #monero incentives, allowing for the content creators to be rewarded for their content.

On that note, quick question, what do you think is currently the best client, web or native, that handles Nostr Communities the best? Satellite is what I use and it's very appreciated but I was wondering if there's something else for Communities?

Thanks!

And by the way, on another note, what do you think about incentives and rewards? For example, Steemit I think has an interesting model for rewards where each post gets attributed a value based on views/clicks I think. Do you think this could ever be implemented in Nostr?

Incentive is to publish good content that actually gets you zaps. View count is not a great signal. I don’t know all the details of steemit but if I recall correctly they have their own coin or token which is then claimed by content creators for views. We don’t have such things and probably never will in that exact form. That doesn’t stop people from creating a pool of sorts that can then reward content creators besides zaps however they see fit.

I use #Damus and really like it. Works so well and has everything I need to the extent I’m off all other social media
