Why would you want to link Nostr to KYC ?
If you choose to use a KYC service, the ability to pay a non-KYC Npub is a good thing and good for Npub adoption

Ok I thought you meant add npub to strike account which would give strike your identity with npub. Which if your Nostr is anon would not be desirable
Yeah no, unless we could open a anon account with our Npub but Johnny law would never allow that
