Spending the weekend until the wee hours with a few real awesome devs and people in the space... I feel like I got at a deeper depth the importance of why decentralization and free and open source software is so so important about all liberation tools and channels we are building. A key component that seemed to pop up in protecting our human rights was the importance of no unilateral ownership of freedom tech that may be perceived as challenging to the state having its tenticles all over your rights to privately p2p transact or communicate etc.
