It's not a closed group at all. Unless you assume everybody who gets a grant immediately becomes part of the group, then it is by definition a closed group at any point in time.

Anyway, you'll have to open-source your stuff if you get a grant, but if you want to show it to me first I'll appreciate that too. Send me a NIP-17 DM.
