I was thinking and realized that even if every man, woman, child, pet, and plant were armed, we’d still be no match for the technological and armed force of the U.S. military. The only way the people “win” is if those powers (or at least a few of them) choose to stand with us, not against us.

Possibly. Maybe the simulation will play out that way.

First off, I feel there would be a lot of good military personal who'd stand down before war with there own people. It almost have to go civil war esque. Second, we have a lot of smart people and capable and many who would just be okay to run through a bullets.

The military has power, but they also need power, like literal electricity, and a lot of other things that normal people make. Civilians could wreak havoc. In many cases, some way more than others.

Great points! Considering everything your wrote. Things would descend quickly. I hope it never gets to that though and we all wise up and change. Re inventing the wheel seems chaotic.

It'll probably just break here and there. Movie scenario collapse. I don't know about that one. I feel like I would leave America at some point if it got too stupid here. Live in a jungle.

Too bad humans aren't free from humanity.

Personally, I love the Drakensburg mountains in SA. Considering a move to Seychelles or Mauritius too. 🥳

If it went that route, the government still plays in a digital sandbox. More would be inclined to use their skill sets for Mal purpose.

They'd have to import their food because farmers would be middle fingering all day.

The economy would probably crumble.
