One aspect of the Bitcoin SBR announcement that's not talked about enough is that this will probably create the incentive for the US to accumulate more Bitcoin through civil asset forfeiture. I mean, that's how they acquired their current bitcoin reserve.
Things could get ugly.
Totally agree with this! I expect this, maybe not out of the current administration but certainly opens the doors.
