Looking for a personal recommendation for a speech-to-text app to enable health care staff to communicate effectively in real time with my deaf mother who is currently in a skilled nursing facility. I am trying to get the facility to provide its staff with a device equipped with an effective app as an accommodation for her since she's not with it enough to manage this for herself on her own device. Currently she is missing a lot of what is happening and is extremely frustrated.
