I recently learned how to make this drink.

My grandma from Mexico taught my family how to make it. I tried it once and It was fine, sweet, and fermented.

# Tepache Recipe

Ingredients:

1 - Pineapple peel leftovers.

1.5 - Pilloncillo (Mexican brown cane sugar )

Put inside plastic container and fill with ingredients and water.

3.5 QT | 3.5 L

Cover and store in a dark place.

Within 3 - 5 days it should taste pretty good.

That’s all.

I tried mine on day 3 and 4 and it was one of the most refreshing drinks I’ve ever had or made.
