Interesting though is where did those funds come from when this wasn’t even approved.

Obviously, yeah. But how the hell are they even allowed to spend money on sth yet to approve???

When there are good proposals they take AGES to spend a dime, but for sth nobody wants and it’s yet to approve somehow they didn’t even need to ask.
