Some one time announcements so that we can get the most out the next 7 days.

1 - check the YouTube for proper push up form. You can hurt yourself if you're doing these in proper form.

2 - share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing on this note. When your reps are done, you can update us here with a like or more details if you want.

My updates will look something like 45/5 or 50. Today is going to be a 45/5 day.

3 - Sore muscles mean you did work. This is a good thing. Wear it proudly.

4 - if the 50 reps are a breeze? for the last 5-10 reps do this...hold the up position for 2-3 seconds, hold the down position for 2-3 seconds. If you're still not feeling that the next day, repeat for the last 20 reps.

I do challenges like this when I am coming out of a lazy man funk and need to get back in the gym. These also work in establishing new habits.
