Everything wrong in a nutshell. Imagine rising up in an industry based on your strong beliefs and then getting fired for continuing to stand for those beliefs. This is akin to a priest being fired for feeding the poor. Or sports coach for having his team run up the score. Or a politician for telling the truth. Or a judge/cop for enforcing the law.
