anywhere i can find out more info on taro?

remember it first being mentioned as a bullish feature on / to-do-with the lightning network

but i’ve seen a little chatter lately about taro enabling stable coins on lightning which is implied as being a step backwards, because stable coins on lightning is just brining fiat into the bitcoin network

i don’t have an opinion on it all yet, but it would be cool to learn a bit more about taro so i can slowly develop a sound opinion surrounding the issue
