If Trump really intends to put in place a "government reduction department" so to speak, AND Elon heads it, AND Ron Paul joins it in an executive capacity, THEN they simply need to address this. Tell us how.

By the way, as I have mentioned several times, my client in the US has been trying to persuade me to move there permanently for the last three years, and I keep rejecting the offer, basically because yes, taxation is more bearable than in the socialist nightmare of Europe, but NOT SO MUCH MORE. If they really did what people insist to think and say they said they want to do... then I would absolutely move (but still only to a state without state income tax... Florida most likely).
