I tend to agree, though I saw this documentary on lost twins that discovered each other as adults and were surprised to find out how incredibly similar they were.

To your point though, not "the same" though. But very fucking close!

Oh yeah, I've heard of things like that. I suspect it depends on your personality type. And I recently have come to suspect that my experiences have changed me into what I am... I single-mindedly pursue my interests and I think they are shaped by experiences. So if she missed some of my unique experiences she would single mindedly pursue a different track.

I only truly get along with a narrow range of people and they are usually those who share similar interests to me. So if her interests were similar we would be instantly best friends.. But probably not.
