SE-Asia will flawlessly adopt CBDC's, they're all for 'convenience', the majority of people is compliant and submissive (most are still wearing masks at this point!! 😷), and they're already used to QR identification and payments at every corner, they love it.
Perfect playground for totalitarians.
In Asia there’s always been masks.
Pollution / dust / pollen (in Japan) is a big deal for some.
