I mean - I can imagine you can make healthy burger at home. Kind of. Still a way too much carbs in the bun, but at least you can control what is going in it.

Hey man... It's meat, cheese and bread...
You know the butcher your meat came from? You get cheese from your dairy farmer? You know a baker that makes read for you? Or do you just trust the items at the grocery store...
Agreed on the rest of your statements. But fast food is a bad scapegoat for processed foods. Beef is beef. There is nothing inherently unhealthy about a big Mac. Fast food is certainly overpriced but with proper excersize, there a little difference imo in a big Mac and the burger you made at home other than it's cost.
