This is the same thing I noticed. Seems to be the case with puravida as well.
Yes, I suspect that puravida.nostr.land was doing the same thing. I didn't explicity test them, but the statistics I've gathered from more-speech are a strong indication. Sometimes they just get stuck in a loop resending the same events over and over. ;-)
