Anyone else lost or I guess temporary 'forgotten' their follows list by primal/damus?

Is there a client that let's you mass follow or 'follow all' of your own followers list?

I use Nostur to get back my following list. I got same issue in Damus few days ago… and in the past!

I deleted few contacts in Damus, opened Nostur and when I went to my profile I got this:
