No, you misunderstood. What I really mean is that this is not a great master class strategy. It looks like one clusterfuck improvised patchwork after another. They had no smart plan to manage the epstein coverup since it has blown up. That's why he 'killed' himself, and every new step add suspicion to the whole story, awakening more and more NPCs.
