I don’t think that would get him out of prison. The drug war is already futile, but he’s still inside.
Because they are not worried about drug [markets]. They are worried about loosing their control [over markets and in general].
Later I thought that other problem was also doing it for profit. It was prosecuted as a Liberty Reserve. Freeing markets will require doing a Satoshi.
